Cancelling a Sitemate subscription depends on whether you are on a free trial or an active paid subscription, and what term length you are on.
If you are on a free trial
No action is required. Your free trial automatically ends after 30 days and you will not be charged.
If you have an active paid subscription
Cancellation depends on your subscription term:
Monthly — you can cancel at any time with no lock-in. Contact your Account Manager or reach our team via Live Chat to request cancellation.
Annual — cancellation is not available mid-term. Your subscription will run until the end of the current term. If you have questions about your renewal, contact your Account Manager.
Multi-year — you are committed for the full term of the agreement. If you have concerns about your multi-year contract, contact your Account Manager to discuss your options.
