This view is designed for users who need an overall picture of form activity without navigating through individual project or team folders. It automatically collects all forms created from the chosen template across the account and displays key context such as the project and team folder where each form was originally added.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Home Folder in your Dashpivot workspace.
Select the Template Library to view all organisation-level templates.
Click on a template to open its register view.
Review the register to see all forms created from that template across the account.
Use the register columns to identify the project and team folder where each form was originally added.
