The minimum number of Dashpivot licences depends on your company size. Dashpivot pricing is per user, but all plans include a minimum number of licences based on your company size — so you won't start with fewer than that minimum even if you initially only need a small number of users.

This minimum is confirmed with your Account Manager at sign-up. If your team grows, licences can be added from there.
How does Dashpivot pricing scale?
Dashpivot pricing includes two discount levers — volume and term:
Volume discounts — the price per user decreases as your licence count increases. Your Account Manager can confirm the volume tier that applies to your subscription.
Term discounts — longer subscription terms (1, 2, 3, or 5 years) attract lower per-user rates than monthly billing. Available term lengths depend on your company size.
What are the differences between Dashpivot pricing plans?
Dashpivot offers four plan types — Standard, Pro, Premium, and Platinum. Each plan includes the same core features but differs in the licence types available, usage limits, and security and customisation options. The right plan for your team depends on whether you work with external contractors, your template complexity, and your organisation's security requirements.
