Changing the colour of list and dropdown items in Dashpivot Web allows you to visually differentiate options for easier identification and organisation. You can assign specific colours to list items within the List Library, and those colours will appear in linked dropdown fields.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Changing List Colours Within a Template
Open the template in the Template Editor.
When creating a list manually, select the coloured box next to Default colour
before typing the list items if you want all items to be the same colour.
If you want different colours for each item, add the list items first.
Select the coloured box next to each item and choose the desired colour.
Changing List Colours in the List Library
In Dashpivot Web, go to Home Folder.
Click List Library.
To apply the same colour to all items before creating them, click the coloured box next to Add item and select a default colour.
To apply different colours, select the coloured box next to each list item and choose the desired colour.
Notes
Colours assigned to list items in the List Library will automatically appear in any linked dropdown fields across your templates and forms.
The available colours are sky, green, yellow, and red. If you edit templates or forms using the Raw Code editor, older colour values (info, success, warning, danger) are automatically updated to their current equivalents when you save — no manual changes needed.
