How to Edit My Account Signature on Dashpivot Web

Learn how to edit your account signature in Dashpivot Web so it appears on forms you submit.

Your account signature is used when you sign forms in Dashpivot Web. You can choose a default auto-generated signature, draw your own signature, or upload an image file of your signature.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot

  • Device Type: Desktop

  • Subscription to SaaS Product: Dashpivot

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Sign in to Dashpivot Web.

  2. In the top-right corner of the screen, click your profile icon to open the profile menu.

  3. Open the Edit Profile screen, then click Edit Signature.

    Choose one of the following signature options:

    • Default: By typing your name into the Signature Name field, Dashpivot can auto-generate a signature for you.

    • Draw: This allows you to draw your own signature.

    • Upload: Enables you to upload your own digital signature.

  4. Click Save Changes to update your profile.
