Approval signatures on Dashpivot Web are used within workflow-enabled templates to support formal review and sign-off stages. They allow designated users to approve a form at specific points in a workflow, helping ensure accountability, compliance, and controlled progression through approval steps. Approval signatures are configured during template editing and are applied when forms move through an active workflow.
