Yes. Storm's AI Templates can build a template from a document written in another language. The output template will reflect the language of your source document — field labels, dropdown options, and section headings will be preserved in that language.
This is because AI Templates is powered by a large language model (GPT) that broadly supports major world languages, including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Polish, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Japanese, Korean, Tagalog, and more.
Limitations
Performance may vary for less widely spoken languages — quality is generally strongest for languages with the most training data.
Voice and text prompts typed or spoken in another language will generate a template in English by default.
Voice input for AI Templates is not yet supported but is on the roadmap.

What languages are supported for document upload?
AI Templates broadly supports major world languages through the underlying GPT model — including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Polish, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Japanese, Korean, Tagalog, and more. Simply upload your document and Storm will build your template in the same language. For less common languages, results may vary.
Will my template come out in the same language as my document?
Yes — if you upload a Spanish document, your template fields will be in Spanish. If you upload a Mandarin document, your template fields will be in Mandarin.
What if I type or speak my prompt in another language?
AI Templates will generate the template in English regardless of the language used in your prompt or voice input.
Is this the same as AI Form Fill's language support?
No — they use different pipelines. AI Form Fill uses Deepgram for speech transcription with a validated list of ~50 languages. AI Templates uses GPT to read source documents directly, so the language support is broader but not formally validated. Can I use voice input to create a template in another language?
