The Account Layer is accessed through the Workspace Switcher. This article explains how to navigate to your Sitemate Start Account and what to do if you don't see it.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

User Based Model - Included in Premium and Platinum plans
Enterprise Unlimited Model - Discuss with our team for pricing
Permission: Account Admin (Account Users do not have access)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to any of Sitemates products on the web.
Click the Switch Workspace button in the top-left corner of the screen.
In the workspace switcher, your workspaces are grouped by Sitemate Start account.
Select your Sitemate Start account name underneath the Sitemate Start product header.
The Account Layer opens. From here you can navigate to:
All Users — view users across all workspaces in this account
Account Lists — manage Account Lists
Account Templates — manage Account Templates
Don't see your Account?
If you don't see a Sitemate Start account in the workspace switcher, check the following:
You may not be an Account Admin. Only users with Account Admin permission can access the Account Layer. Contact your account admin to be granted access.
Your account may not have the Account Layer enabled yet. Speak to your Sitemate Customer Success Manager if you'd like it enabled.
