Timesheets are used to record the hours worked by individuals or teams on a daily or weekly basis. They provide an accurate account of time spent on tasks or projects, supporting payroll, project costing, and workforce management.
By integrating Dashpivot timesheets with Excel via Flowsite, you can:
Eliminate manual data entry – Automatically sync timesheet data to Excel, reducing errors and saving admin time
Speed up payroll processing – Format raw data to match your payroll system
Improve accuracy – Ensure consistency between timesheet entries and payroll records
Create custom reports – Build summaries (e.g. total hours, overtime, cost codes) in Excel
Stay audit-ready – Filter records by employee, date, project, or cost code
Scale easily – Handle growing data volumes without increasing workload
Maintain flexibility – Export or integrate with systems like Xero or QuickBooks
