Resetting Flowsite credentials in a Power BI integration file allows you to clear existing access settings and reconnect the file to Flowsite. This is useful when credentials have changed or when connection issues prevent data from refreshing correctly.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Power BI Contributor
Skills Required: Power BI Navigation
Device Type: Computer/Browser
Subscription: Flowsite, Power BI
Step-by-Step Instructions
From the menu bar, click on the Home tab.
Click the dropdown (v) button next to Get Data.
Select Data Source Settings.
Select the relevant URL.
Click Clear Permissions.
Close the window.
From the menu bar, click on the Home tab.
Click the Refresh button.
Follow the connection steps to reconnect the integration file to Flowsite.
Notes
Clearing permissions removes saved credentials for the selected data source.
You will need to re-enter valid Flowsite credentials during the reconnection process.
