Resetting the Flowsite credentials of integrated Excel files is required when login details change or when an integration fails to refresh due to authentication issues. This process removes the saved credentials so the Excel file can prompt for new Flowsite login details the next time it is refreshed.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Standard
Permission: Access to the Flowsite workspace and Excel integration file
Skills Required: Excel (basic)
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Flowsite
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Excel integration file on your computer.
Go to the Data tab in Excel.
Go to the Get Data (Power Query) button and click on the dropdown.
Open Data Source Settings.
When the Data Source Settings window appears, select the connection URL you want to remove and click Clear permissions at the bottom-left of the window.
Click Delete, then click Close.
Return to the Data tab and click Refresh All, then follow the prompts to reconnect the integration file to Flowsite again.
