Connecting a completed Excel integration file allows Flowsite data to refresh correctly within Microsoft Excel on macOS. Once an integration file has been created and downloaded, this process ensures the file is authorised and ready to pull live data for ongoing use and reporting.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Standard
Permission: Access to the Flowsite workspace and integration credentials
Skills Required: Excel (basic)
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Flowsite
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Excel integration file on your Mac.
When prompted, click Enable Content.
From the Excel menu bar, select Data.
Click Refresh All.
When the Access Web Content window appears, select Basic.
Enter the provided credentials.
Click Connect to complete the connection.
