This feature in Dashpivot allows attachments within your forms to appear as clickable hyperlinks when exported as PDFs. It is useful for improving document navigation and accessibility, especially when working with forms that include supporting files. This applies to users managing templates who want clearer, more interactive PDF outputs.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Permission to edit templates in the relevant folder
Skills Required: Dashpivot Navigation
Device Type: Computer/Browser
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the template editor
Go to Settings and navigate to Download Settings
Find the setting for Attachment Hyperlinks in PDF Exports
Toggle the setting on
Save the template
Notes
This setting applies to both form exports and Register View exports
New templates have this enabled by default
Existing templates need to be updated manually to use this feature
