Exporting your Inspection Register as a PDF or CSV helps you easily share and use the data outside of Gearbelt. Whether you need to print it for a site meeting, provide records to clients or auditors, or analyse inspection results in Excel, exporting gives you flexibility to work with your information as needed.

To export your inspection register, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Inspections section

2. Select the inspections you'd like to include in your export. You can bulk select them by selecting the tick-box next to the 'Created Date' column. Click 'Download CSV'

Note:

  • You can use the search bar and grouping options to narrow down your inspection search and selection

  • You can export individual inspections as PDF by clicking on an inspection and selecting 'Download as PDF' in the bottom right corner of the pane
