Viewing your Sitemate free users shows who has accessed a Single Submission link in your Dashpivot workspace. This helps you track external parties, such as contractors or clients, who have submitted information through a Single Submission link without needing a full Dashpivot user account.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan Type: Any Dashpivot plan
Permission: Ability to view users in the folder
Skills Required: Dashpivot user management skills
Step-by-Step Instructions
View free users with access to Single Submission links
Access the relevant folder where you want to view the users.
Navigate to the Users section.
In the User Types, go to Sitemate Free option.
A list appears showing all your free Sitemate users.
You can search users and view their status.
Active means the user currently has access to a Single Submission link in the folder.
