Archiving a Sitemate Link in Dashpivot allows you to remove it from the Active view without deleting it permanently. This ensures you can reactivate the link in the future if required.

Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Team Controller, Project Controller, or Org Controller
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the relevant Team folder.
Locate the Ongoing or Single Sitemate Link you want to archive.
Hover over the link to reveal the Archive icon on the right-hand side.
Click the Archive icon.
Confirm your selection when prompted.
The link will be moved to the Archived tab at the top.
