In Gearbelt, a repair form helps you track and manage items that require attention, such as equipment, vehicles, or other assets on site. It allows you to record what requires repair, who reported it, its priority level, and include photos or notes. You can customise the form to align with your team’s process, including adding fields for updates, approvals, or technician details. This guide explains how to create a repair form template using the Form Builder in Gearbelt.
