How to add multiple logos to your form headers on Dashpivot Web

Dashpivot Web allows you to add multiple logos or images to your form headers enabling you to display both your own brand and a partner’s or client’s logo. This helps with branding for joint ventures, compliance documentation, and professional presentation. This article explains how to add additional logo images to your form header within the template’s Header/Footer Editor.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: Pro, Premium, or Platinum

  • Permission: Permission to edit templates in the relevant folder

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot

  • Device Type: computer

  • Subscription: Dashpivot Web

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open Dashpivot Web and navigate to the folder containing the template you want to update.

  2. Open the template in the Template Editor.

  3. Select the Header/Footer Editor tab in the template builder.

  4. From the fields list on the left-hand side, scroll to the Other section.

  5. Locate the Prefilled Image item.

  6. Drag and drop the Prefilled Image into the desired section of the header.

  7. Upload the image or logo file you want to display.

  8. Repeat steps 5–7 to add additional logos or images if required.

  9. Preview your header using the Web Preview tab to confirm appearance.

  10. Click Save to apply your changes.

Notes

  • You can upload multiple Prefilled Image fields to include more than one logo or image in the header.

  • This customisation is done at the template level, so different templates can have different header image configurations.

  • This functionality is available on Pro, Premium, and Platinum subscription plans.
