Dashpivot Web allows Organisation Controllers to rename templates within the Template Library. Renaming a template helps maintain clear naming conventions, improve organisation, and ensure templates are easily identifiable across your Workspace. This article explains how to change a template name in Dashpivot Web.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Standard, Pro, Premium, or Platinum
Permission: Org Controller
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Dashpivot Web
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the folder where the template was originally created (e.g either in the Home Folder/Team Folder)
Click on Template Library.
Select the template checkbox.
Click Edit Template.
Double-click on the template name in the top left corner of the screen. This will enable text entry, and allow you to rename your template.
Click out of the text once done or press Enter.
Click Save in the top right corner of the screen to finalise the changes.
