If you can’t see a GPS location on a photo in Dashpivot Web, it’s usually because the image doesn’t contain GPS metadata.
Here are the most common reasons:
Location services were disabled on the device when the photo was taken.
The photo was uploaded from another source (e.g. desktop or messaging app) that removed the GPS metadata.
The device or camera settings were configured not to store location data.
To ensure GPS data appears on photos, make sure location services are enabled for the Dashpivot app (or camera app) before taking the photo.
