Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the template you want to edit in the Template Editor.
Locate the Yes / No field in the field list.
Drag one of the following Yes / No field types into the template:
Yes / No β Provides a choice between Yes or No.
Yes / No / NA β Provides Yes, No, or NA options.
Yes / No with Text β Provides Yes or No options with an attached text field for additional comments.
Yes / No / NA with Text β Provides Yes, No, or NA options with an attached text field for additional comments.
Hover over the field icon to access additional field options if needed.
Notes and Tips
