The List Property field in Dashpivot Web lets you automatically populate table cells with related properties from selected list items. This allows more dynamic forms that pull attributes such as text, numbers, dates or expiry dates from linked lists, reducing manual entry and improving consistency. The feature works in default and pre-filled tables and enhances templates with rich list integration.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: The number of List Property table cells you can add depends on your subscription type:
Standard: Up to 3 list property table cells per template
Pro: Up to 10 list property table cells per template
Premium: Up to 25 list property table cells per template
Platinum: Up to 50 list property table cells per template
Permission: Org Controller

Step-by-Step Instructions
Create a new template or open an existing template in the Template Editor on Dashpivot Web.
In a default table, add a List column by selecting the List table field type from the column dropdown under the Column name.
Under List Item Source, choose Link to a List, then select the list you want to link.
Add another column in the table and select the List Property table field type.
In Referenced List, choose the same list that is the source of your List Property.
In the List Property section, choose which list property you want populated in that column (text, number, date or expiry date).
Click Save to apply your changes to the template.
Notes
List Property table fields are now compatible with Flowsite, enabling enhanced Timesheet, Invoice, and Bill templates or flows using List Property data.
List Property table cells can be used in both default and pre-filled tables.
