Cross-referencing tables in formulas allows you to use values from one table inside formulas in another table within the same template. This enables advanced calculations and structured data flow across your form, such as summing totals from one table into another. This feature applies to Dashpivot Web when editing templates.

Identify the table number of the source table by selecting a formula cell in that table.
To find this, simply click on any formula cell within the template editor to reveal the table number at the top of the field.
Identify the cell or column reference you want to use from the source table.
In the destination formula cell, type the formula using the format
=Table#!CellReference(for example,=Table3!C1).Press Enter to apply the formula.
Save the template.
Note
To reference an entire column, use the format
=Table#!A:A.Table references may auto-increment when copied. Use
$to lock the cell reference if required (for example,=$A1).Formula cells cannot reference Signature, Attachments, or Photos fields.
