How to invite and remove users from Flowsite

Learn how to add users to your Flowsite workspace and remove users when access is no longer required

Managing users in Flowsite allows workspace admins to control who can access a Flowsite workspace. By inviting users, you can grant access to collaborators, and by removing users, you can ensure access is kept up to date. Users receive email notifications when they are added to or removed from a workspace.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: Standard

  • Permission: Admin access to the Flowsite workspace

  • Skills Required: Flowsite navigation

  • Device Type: computer

  • Subscription: Flowsite

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Sign in to your Flowsite workspace.

  2. Select Users from the top navigation.

  3. Enter the email address of the user you want to invite. The user must be a Dashpivot user.

  4. Click Invite to add the user to the workspace.

  5. The invited user receives an email notification with workspace details.

  6. To remove a user, locate the user in the Users list.

  7. Click Remove next to the user.

  8. The removed user receives an email notification confirming they no longer have access.
