When using the Upload from Gallery function in the Dashpivot Mobile App on an Apple device, you may notice that only certain folders (such as Recents) are visible. Updating your device settings allows the app to access your entire photo gallery.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Team Member (or higher)
Skills Required: App Navigation
Device Type: Mobile device (iOS)
Subscription: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access your iPhone/iPad Settings
Scroll down and select the Dashpivot app from your list of apps.
Tap Photos.
Select All Photos.
You will now have access to your entire photo gallery when using the Upload from Gallery function in the Dashpivot Mobile App.
