You can save important completed forms — such as induction records or Verification of Competency (VOC) forms — to your Sitemate Wallet for quick on-site access. Saved forms appear in the Wallet tab alongside your cards.

Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission/Subscription: Sitemate user
Skills Required: Sitemate App
Device Type: Tab/Mobile device
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Sitemate Mobile app
Go to the Activity tab
Open the view only form you want to save in the saved forms under Wallet
Tap ellipsis on the top right corner
Tap Save to Wallet/Purse and it will be saved in the Saved Forms under Wallet

You can search for forms and cards directly within your Wallet in the each tab under Wallet.
