You can remove any card stored in your Sitemate Wallet at any time. Removing a card removes it from your Wallet.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission/Subscription: Sitemate user
Skills Required: Sitemate App
Device Type: Tab/Mobile device
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Sitemate Mobile app.
Tap the Wallet tab (or Purse) in the bottom navigation or in the shortcut section on the home screen.
Locate the card you want to remove.
Tap the card to open it.
Tap Remove and confirm when prompted.
Notes
Removing a card from your Wallet cannot be undone. You will need to add the card again if removed by mistake.
If you delete your Sitemate profile, all cards stored in your Wallet will also be permanently deleted.
