📤 Send as PDF via Workflow Notifications
Automatically send a PDF copy of your form as it moves through your workflow, no manual exports needed. Configure this in each workflow column by choosing to share the PDF with specific groups (e.g. All Contributors) or selected users. This is available for Pro plan and above.
↕️ Control List Item Order in Forms
Control how list items are displayed across templates and forms using the list settings. Choose from A–Z, Z–A, Newest to Oldest, or Oldest to Newest ordering for linked list fields and cells.
Note: This feature is currently in Beta on Dashpivot Website and will be available on Mobile soon.
📅 Custom Date Format Settings
You can now choose your preferred date format (DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD) in your user profile settings. This applies to all date fields in forms and the template editor preview, and defaults based on your time zone. It makes entering and reading dates faster and more intuitive.
🔎 Persistent Photo Filters
Photo filters now persist across all photo fields within the same form, so you don’t need to reapply them each time. Filters also persist within the Photos module at the team folder level. If you apply filters in a folder, they’ll remain applied when you leave and return later. Applies to user, tag, and date filters.
🖼️ Photos Appendix Preview
You can now preview the Photo Appendix before exporting your form to PDF. In the template editor, select your preferred number of photos per page and see the layout update instantly, so you know exactly how your PDF will look.
🗂️ Photo Filtering Enhancements
You can now filter for untagged photos, making it easier to keep your gallery organised and ensure every photo is properly tagged. You can also filter by file type to quickly narrow down your results.
🎨 Table Styling
Apply your workspace brand colour to headers and borders in both default and prefilled tables. Create polished, on-brand documents that display consistently across Dashpivot Website and PDF exports.
🔍 List Name Search
Easily find the list you need with the new search bar in the Lists module. This mirrors the search functionality already available in Templates, making navigation faster for workspaces with many lists.
