Dashpivot Updates
📂 Actions module now available in Project and Team folders
The Actions module is now available within Project and Team folders, giving teams a more focused view of their actions. You can view, filter, and download actions generated from forms in those folders, and switch between Register and Workflow views.
📦 Bulk deploy items from List Library
You can now select multiple items from the List Library in the home folder and deploy them to a child list in one go, saving time when setting up or updating lists.
📊 View table rows in the Register view
Expanding a row in the Register view now shows Default and Prefilled tables in full, so you can see table data without opening each form.
🤖 AI Templates enhancements
With AI Templates, you can now choose Timeline, Workflow, or let AI select the best template structure for you. It can also detect formulas in your imported documents and build them automatically. This gives you more control and ensures templates are set up the way you need.
🔗 Attachment hyperlinks in PDF exports
The Attachment Hyperlinks template setting lets attachments appear as clickable links in PDF exports, so you can quickly jump to them at the end of the document.
🖼️ Photo appendix numbering
Photos in forms can now be numbered to match their position in the photo appendix, making it easier to cross-reference.
📐 Align header and footer fields in the template editor
Fields in the template editor header and footer can now be aligned left, centre, or right, giving you more control over how your logo and text appear in forms and PDF exports.
Gearbelt Updates
🔧 Issues and repairs now linked 1:1
Issues and repair records are now linked 1:1, giving each problem a clear paper trail to its resolution. Mechanics select an issue first, then complete a dedicated repair form.
📎 PDF Attachment field for form submissions
A new PDF Attachment field can be added to any Inspection, Repair, or Schedule form template. Admins and Mechanics can upload PDFs directly into form submissions.
