Forms now capture timezone information when they're created, signed, or when photos are uploaded—so dates and times stay consistent no matter where you view them. A new workspace setting lets you choose whether times display based on where the data was entered or converted to your own timezone. No more timezone confusion about when things actually happened in the field.

You can now customise workflow email subject lines to better suit your team. Using the Email Subject Line Editor, select which details to include and your subject lines update automatically.

You can now upload photos directly into form fields, including standalone photo fields and table cells, without adding them to your library first. Photos are attached to your form and saved to your library in one step. You can still choose existing photos using Select from Existing.

Open a photo to instantly see the forms it's linked to, no digging required. Get quick context, save time and avoid missed connections.

You can now view the source of any action directly in the Actions Register. This makes it easy to see which project, team and template it originated from.

You can now set whether your calendar week starts on Sunday or Monday in your profile settings. The setting applies to all date pickers across the platform, with defaults based on your timezone region. This makes selecting dates faster and more intuitive by matching the format you're already familiar with.

Exports now automatically download to your computer the moment they’re ready. A new checkbox lets you control this behaviour, and your preference is remembered across all export types, including PDFs, CSVs, and photos. This feature gives you faster access to files with less clicking.

You can now see who deployed, archived, or restored templates, folders, and forms in the Activity Feed. This gives clearer visibility into changes across your workspace.

You can now archive and restore asset documents directly within Gearbelt. Auto-generated PDFs from repair form submissions are filtered out of the Asset and Document Register for a cleaner view, while remaining accessible through the Schedule and Repair Forms register.
