How to Configure Date and Calendar Display Settings on Dashpivot Web

Learn how to configure date formats and calendar display preferences in your Dashpivot user profile.

Date and Calendar Display settings let you control how dates appear across Dashpivot. These settings are managed in your user profile and apply globally throughout the platform, ensuring dates are displayed in a format that suits your preference.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Permissions: Dashpivot User

  • Subscription: Any active plan

Who Can Manage These Settings?

All users can access and modify these preferences in their own profile. These settings are not restricted to administrators—each user has control over their personal display preferences.

Date Display Format

This setting controls how dates appear in numeric styles throughout Dashpivot.

How It Works

When you select a date display format, it determines:

How dates appear in date fields in numeric (e.g., 04/12/2025)

Where This Setting Applies

Your selected date format will be used in:

  • Form modal (when viewing and editing forms)

  • Template editor preview

  • Form activity modal

  • Register view

For all date fields:

  • Date fields (single date and date range)

  • Date - Timezone Aware fields (all variants including expiry date)

  • Table cells containing dates

Note: Updating this setting applies the new format to all existing forms, including locked workflow forms, as well as newly created forms.

Calendar Display Format

This setting controls which day of the week appears first when selecting a date in the calendar dropdown.

Where This Setting Applies

Your selected calendar format will be used for all calendar dropdowns when selecting dates in:

  • Date fields (single date and date range)

  • Date - Timezone Aware fields (all variants)

  • Table cells with date selection

Note: Updating this setting immediately applies to all calendar dropdowns across existing and new forms.


How to Update Your Preferences

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner

  2. Select Edit Profile

  3. Locate the Date Display Format dropdown and select your preferred format

  4. Locate the Calendar Display Format dropdown and select your preferred first day of the week

  5. Click Save changes

Default Behaviour: If you haven't set a preference, Dashpivot will automatically select a default based on your timezone setting.
