Date (Timezone Aware) fields on Dashpivot Web templates are used to capture dates that adjust automatically based on the userβs timezone. These fields support multiple date and time formats and help maintain consistent and accurate date information for teams working across different locations. Date (Timezone Aware) fields are added and configured during template editing.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the template you want to edit in the Template Editor.
Locate the Date β Timezone Aware field in the field list.
Select one of the following date field types:
Date Time Range: Enables input of both start and end dates with associated times
Date Range: Enables input of both start and end dates (without an option to add times)
Single Date Time: Allows input of a single date and time
Single Date: Allows you to enter a single date only
Expiry Date: Allows entry of a date, and subsequently displays the number of days until the entered date. This is useful for tracking deadlines or expiration dates.
Drag the Date β Timezone Aware field into the template.
Click directly into the field label to edit the label if required.
Hover over the Date β Timezone Aware field icon to view available date field types.
Notes and Tips
Date-Timezone Aware fields adjust automatically based on the timezone of the user completing the form.
Expiry Date fields display the number of days remaining until the selected date.
Switching between date field types is done by hovering over the field icon and selecting the required option.
