Assigning a schedule plan to an asset ensures inspections, maintenance, and recurring tasks run automatically based on defined conditions. Schedule plans are deployed through the Deployment tab of an asset.
Make sure you have already created a Schedule Plan.
Once your plan exists, follow the steps below to assign it to the correct asset.
Go to the Deployment section.
Click Create Rule.
Set the Rule Name for the schedule plan
Update the asset condition in the IF dropdown menu.
Available asset conditions are:
Asset Type
Asset Tag
Asset Category
Asset Manufacturer
Asset Model
Asset Location
Under Schedule, choose the Schedule Plan you previously set up.
Click 'Save'
Your schedule plan is now deployed. It will automatically trigger the schedule whenever the asset meets the conditions defined in your rule.
