A schedule plan defines how often an inspection or maintenance task should be completed for an asset. Follow the steps below to create a new schedule plan in Gearbelt.
To create a schedule plan to an asset, follow these steps:
1. Go into the 'Schedules' section under 'Management' in the left-hand side navigation menu. Select the 'Schedules' tab to be brought to the existing schedules
2. Click 'Create Schedule'
3. In the Overview section, you can update the following:
Schedule Name
Reading Type
Time Interval
Schedule Form
4. Click Save to finish creating the schedule plan.
Note:
You can deploy the Schedule Plan to assets using a Deployment Rule in the Deployment.
