Step-by-Step Instructions
Access the Schedules section under Management in the left-hand navigation menu.
Navigate to the Schedule Forms section at the top of the page.
Select the Schedule Form you would like to edit and click Edit Form.
In the Form Builder, make the required changes to your form and click Save to complete.
