Dashpivot Web allows you to bulk copy and paste structured data from an external source, such as a spreadsheet, directly into a pre-filled table. This helps reduce manual data entry and improves efficiency when adding multiple rows of structured information into a template. This article explains how to bulk paste data into a pre-filled table in the Template Editor.

Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Standard, Pro, Premium, or Platinum
Permission: Org Controller
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Dashpivot Web
Step-by-Step Instructions
Select all the relevant data from your external spreadsheet or document
Right click > Copy or press Ctrl + C (Cmd + C for Mac) to copy it
Click into a cell within your pre-filled table
Right-click > Paste or press Ctrl + V (Cmd + V for Mac) to paste it
Note
You'll need all the relevant cells set to the Pre-filled text format before pasting the data to ensure they populate. If left to Text or any other cell type, they will be skipped and remain blank
