Track and troubleshoot Flowsite runs between Dashpivot and connected systems

Learn how to track Flowsite runs, understand run statuses, and troubleshoot failed data syncs between Dashpivot and your connected systems.

In Flowsite, you can track the number of connections (called runs) between Dashpivot and your connected systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks).

Each run shows details about a specific data sync, including the Run ID, created date and time, status, Flow ID, and any errors. You can view this history in the Runs tab in Flowsite.

If a run is unsuccessful, its status will appear as Failed, and an error message will be shown in the Errors column.

This means the data sync did not complete successfully. The right-hand column will outline the required action to help you resolve the issue.
