Step-by-Step Instructions
Ensure the tracking category or tracking item has been set up in Xero.
Ensure a corresponding list exists in Dashpivot with all items matching exactly.
Switch on Payroll Categories by navigating to Payroll > Payroll Settings > Payroll Categories, then link it to the tracking category.
Map the Dashpivot timesheet column containing the tracking items within your Flowsite Xero timesheet flow.
Notes
Matching items between Dashpivot and Xero must be identical to ensure accurate mapping.
This setup enables project-level financial tracking, including labour costs.
