How It Works
List Library: You can create lists in the List Library (in the Home Folder). These lists can then be linked to any templates in your workspace, including those used in team folders.
Project Folders: Alternatively, you can create lists within a Project Folder. These lists are accessible to templates in the team folders nested under that Project Folder.
