Commenting on photos in Dashpivot allows users to add context, feedback, or instructions directly to images captured in forms or stored in Team Folders. Photo comments support collaboration by keeping discussions linked to the relevant visual evidence. This article explains how to comment on a photo in Dashpivot Web.

Plan: Standard
Permission:
View photos: Team Member (and higher)
Add comments: Team Member (and higher)
Edit or delete comments: Only the user who created the comment
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Team Folder that contains the photo.
Select the Photos tab.
Select the photo you want to comment on.
Use the text field in the bottom-right corner to enter your comment.
Press Enter to add a new line if required.
Select Add Comment to post the comment.
To edit your comment, select Edit, make the changes, and save.
To remove your comment, select Delete.
Notes
Comments are visible to users who have access to the photo.
Photo comments are linked directly to the image for reference.
Comments can be used for feedback, clarification, or follow-up actions.
