What is the GDPR?
The GDPR is a comprehensive EU data protection law that came into effect on May 25, 2018. It strengthens the protection of personal data and individual privacy rights across the European Union.
These laws apply to Sitemate because they affect Dashpivot customers and users who reside in the EU. As best practice, we honour GDPR rights for all customers and users.

Right to access and data portability – Request an export of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to erasure – Request deletion of your personal data (for example, if closing your account).

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
What is the CCPA?
The CCPA is a California (USA) data privacy law that came into effect on January 1, 2020. It gives individuals greater visibility and control over how businesses use their personal data.
Sitemate does not sell personal data and does not meet the revenue thresholds requiring CCPA compliance. However, as best practice, we honour relevant CCPA rights for all customers and users.
