The Actions Register View is the best place to see every action assigned across your team. This view provides a complete overview and allows you to filter, review, and manage actions efficiently.

From the register view, you can use filters to find specific sets of actions and see the archived actions in the archived section.

Using the Register View

You can open the Actions Register View from the Home Folder.

In the Home Folder, you will be able to have visibility of all actions created across the entire workspace & that this is only available for Org Members & Org Controllers to view.

You can see all the actions from the Active or Archive section in the Register View.

Filter your actions

Many of the column headers have filter buttons that can be applied to narrow down your data. You can also set multiple conditions within a filter, such as for the

Action Status: Draft, To Do, Completed.

Using the Workflow View

You can also view actions from the Active or Archived section in the Workflow View.

In each workflow column, there's a clickable bell button link that allows you to select who should be notified by email when a form enters this workflow column. It could be the creator, all contributors, all visitors, or the assignee of the action. Each action allows you to view the edit action window.

Notes:

  • The column headers in the register view can be edited by going to the 'Edit Column' button and accessing the Register View Column Settings.

  • You can archive an action by going to the Active section in the register view. Select the action you want to archive, then click the 'Archive' button.

  • Add a new action by clicking the green 'Add Action' button in the top right section.
