📁 Copy/Paste to Bulk Create Folders
You can now create project and team folders in bulk. Copy a structured list where team folders are indented under their project folder, paste it in, and the full hierarchy will be created instantly. Perfect for onboarding large jobs quickly.
🔍 Action Source
Actions now display which form and question they were created from, making it easier to understand the context of each work item and trace actions back to their source. This applies to new actions going forward.
🖼️ Photo Sizes in Tables
You can now control the display size of photos in Default and Prefilled tables. Choose between XS, S, M, and L to show images at the level of detail you need, helping your forms stay clear, consistent, and easy to review.
🔧 Optimisations for Smaller Screen Sizes
Buttons now dynamically expand or collapse based on your screen size, making Dashpivot easier to use on smaller displays. When collapsed, you can hover over any button to see a helpful tooltip hint.
👤 Auto-assign Last Selected Person in Action
Action fields will now remember your last chosen assignee and automatically fill it in for new tasks within the same form. This makes creating multiple tasks in a row smoother and more efficient.
Sitemate App Updates
📝 Support for Multiple Drafts in Ongoing Forms
Create and save multiple drafts for ongoing submission forms, so you can switch between forms and work on several at once without losing progress.
Gearbelt Updates
🛠️ Asset Profile Update
We’ve refreshed the asset profile with a cleaner layout and new dedicated tabs for Inspection Records, Issues, Repair Records, Schedule Records, Work Orders, Reading Logs, and Location History — all filtered specifically to the asset you’re viewing.
↔️ Collapsible Navigation
You can now expand or collapse the left navigation bar in Gearbelt. Collapsing it gives you more screen space when working on the Gearbelt website.
