The My Actions section in Dashpivot lets you view and complete tasks assigned to you by your team, as well as create and assign actions to others - helping your team collaborate more effectively.
To create and assign an action via the Dashpivot app, follow these steps:
1. Access your Dashpivot user profile, by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen. If you have any outstanding actions, it will display a red bubble with the number of assigned actions
2. Click on 'My Actions' to access the My Actions section
3. You'll be automatically redirected to the actions assigned to you tab
4. Click the green '+' button in the bottom right corner of the screen to create a new action
5. Fill out the Description, select your Assignee, add the Due Date, Priority and some Before Photos
6. Click 'Sign to approve' to submit your action
This will lock the action and notify the assignee via email
7. Your newly created action will appear in the 'Assigned by you' section, where you'll be able to track its progress. You'll also receive a notification once the action has been completed by the assignee
Note:
Keep in mind that an action is not submitted until you use the Signature field
You can create actions and save them as drafts until ready to submit, by clicking the 'Save' button in the top right corner of the screen
Action fields remember your last chosen assignee and automatically fill it in for new actions within the same form.
