Use filters in the register view on Dashpivot Web to filter data for a specific export. This feature allows you to narrow down the records shown in the register so that only the filtered results are included when exporting a PDF or CSV, without changing or deleting any underlying data.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the template on Dashpivot Web by clicking it. You will see the forms in the template in the register view.
Select the filter icon at the top of the column you want to filter.
Choose the filter options to narrow down the records shown in the register.
Apply filters to additional columns if required. You can then export the register as a PDF or CSV. Only the filtered results will be included in the export.
Select Remove all filters to return the register view to its unfiltered state.
