The Field Editor on Dashpivot Web is used to build, edit, and manage the fields within a template. It allows users to add new fields, edit existing ones, and control how information is captured in forms. This feature is intended for users responsible for creating or maintaining templates and helps ensure data is collected in a consistent and structured way across the business.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: Any Dashpivot plan

  • Permission: Atleast a Team Member

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot

  • Device Type: Computer

  • Subscription: Dashpivot

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the folder where the template was originally created.

  2. Select Template Library or Templates

  3. Select the checkbox next to the template you want to edit.

  4. Click Edit Template. Use the Field Editor, which opens by default, to edit the template fields.
