The Runs tab in Flowsite shows all connections between Dashpivot and Xero. If a run returns an error or warning, it usually relates to missing or mismatched data between the two systems.

A flow run in Flowsite fails or shows a warning. The error message indicates missing data, mismatched records, or invalid formatting between Dashpivot and Xero.
Why this happens
Common causes include:
Missing required fields (e.g. dates, contacts, tracking items)
Mismatched naming between Dashpivot and Xero
Data not aligning with Xero requirements (e.g. pay periods)
Extra spaces or formatting inconsistencies in text fields
