Best Practices
Set up your survey request template as a workflow to align the process. We recommend including a column for each stage, e.g. 'submitted', 'in progress', and 'completed'
Set up workflow notifications to notify the right person for sign-off at each step
Use list fields where applicable (e.g. area, type) to make it easy to find records later via the register view, and filter by list items on any analytics charts
In the template settings, sort forms by the date on the form (not the creation date)
In the template settings, set the form thumbnail to display the due date so it's easy to see how many requests there are and when each is due
