In the Dashpivot mobile app, users can download photos stored in team folders directly to their device — either one at a time or in bulk. This is useful when you need to share site photos, create offline evidence, or save originals for reporting or external use.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: Standard or higher (as supported on mobile)

  • Permission: Access to view photos in the relevant team folder

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot

  • Device Type: Mobile device

  • Subscription: Dashpivot Mobile App

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Dashpivot App and go to the folder where the photos are stored.

  2. Tap Photos to view the photo timeline.

  3. To download an individual photo:

    1. Tap to open the photo you want to save.

    2. Tap the blue “…” button in the bottom right of the screen.

    3. Select Download original photo to save the picture to your device.

  4. To download multiple photos at once:

    1. While in the Photos view, tap Select photos at the top.

    2. Tap each photo you want to download.

    3. Tap Download to save all selected photos to your device.

Notes

  • Photos downloaded this way are the original image files captured and may include metadata like date/time and GPS depending on your app settings.

  • If you want photos taken by the app to auto-save to your device’s camera roll, you can enable this feature in app settings (Settings → toggle Save Photos to your Device).
