You might need to generate a QR code for a unique asset at some point - either because you're adding a new asset to your fleet, or if you're replacing a damaged, lost or never printed QR code. You can now select the relevant asset(s) and generate their QR codes, without having to generate QR codes for your whole fleet again.
Generate a QR code for a single asset from the assets list
Access the 'Assets' section. You'll be brought to your list of assets.
Select the asset for which you'd like to generate a QR code for.
Click 'Generate QR Codes' This will open a pop-up with the generated QR code for you to Save as PDF or directly print
Note: You can select multiple items using the checkboxes to generate QR codes for these specific assets
Generate a QR code for a single asset from the Assets Overview
Select the asset for which you'd like to generate a QR code for
You'll be brought to the Overview section.
Hover over the QR code beside the photo of the asset.
Click the download button.
You can either scan directly from the QR code of the asset in the overview section or save it as PDF.
Note: You can expand or collapse the left navigation bar in Gearbelt. Collapsing it gives you more screen space.
